Two-Day Regional Workshop on Supply Chain and Post-harvest Management in Agricultural Commodities in Western Region of India - 6 – 7 August, 2025



About

Indian Agriculture has always been and is expected to remain in future a vital sector for economy, as it provides essential resources such as food, feed, fodder, fiber, and fuel. It supports over 60 percent of the rural population, accounts for 46 percent of total employment, and contributes around 18 percent to the national GDP and the scan fairly be termed as the engine of growth of the country. Agricultural supply chain management is one of the solutions to establish a better value-based environment that support and sustain agriculture through its ecosystems.


Call for Paper:

The academicians, researchers, experts, policy makers and other stakeholders can submit their papers in line of the themes, selected paper writers will be called to make their presentations on the sub themes of workshop.The papers should be submitted on registration link or email at: iabmi@aau.in. Length of the paper should not exeed 3500 words or 10 pages. All papers should include a summary/abstract not exeeding 250 words. Selected papers after incorporating the suggestions received during the workshop will be published with reputed publisher.




Fees

• Rs. 1000 for Faculties and Industry persons

• Rs. 500 for Ph.D./ PG students

Traveling cost shall be borne by the participant


The participant will be provided boarding and loading at free of cost in the University campus


Registration is mandatory for all attendees and co-authors


Participation will be allowed on "first come, first served" basis as seats are limited
