Terms and conditions:
1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
2. Age limit for RA-I & PA-II & PA-I is 35 years, and for JRF/JPF/PA/FA is 28 years on the date of 1st June, 2026 for all
positions (relaxation in age limit of the candidates/applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ physically handicapped and Women
upto 5 years).
3. The position can also be terminated at any time by the National Project Coordinator/Principal Co- ordinator/Principal
Investigator/Supervisor of the Project without assigning any reason depending on the performance of the candidate.
4. The number of posts of the project may vary depending upon the vacant posts.
5. The engagement will be governed by the rules of RA/JRF/JPF/SRF/SPF/ PA/FA of ICFRE, Dehradun. The engagement will
be purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any
Institute under the Council.
6. Candidates appearing for interview should bring with them duly signed bio-data and all original documents along with a
recent passport size coloured photograph and self-attested copies of all the academic certificates and relevant documents
related to SC/ST/OBC, age, educational qualification, Mark sheets from 10th class to onwards and experiences.
7. Candidates without Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate/original mark sheet awarded by the University will not be
permitted to attend the Interview.
8. Selected candidate would be offered engagement letter depending upon the project work and relevant situations. You may be
posted on site as per the requirement of the project.
9. Order of engagement of the selected candidate will be issued subject to availability of fund and approval of the Competent
Authority. Tenure mentioned in the advertisement is tentative and liable to be curtailed/extended as per the decision of the
Competent Authority.
10. Candidate has to provide a notice, one month prior to leave the project in case the candidate is willing to leave the
engagement before the appointed period.
11. If it is found at any stage of the process or thereafter that the candidates do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, their candidature
shall be cancelled without assigning any reason. Further, the decision of the ICFRE in this regard to the selection process will
be final and binding. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the Council. The payment received during the
serving period under the case has to be returned with panel interest.
12. The organization reserves the rights to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
13. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
14. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
