About the 21 Days Summer School
Seed is the basic tool for secured food supply by acting as a carrier of superior genes to reach farmers. Seed production and quality assurance ensure high-quality, genetically pure seeds, crucial for agricultural productivity. It involves systematic field inspection, genetic purity maintenance, proper harvesting, processing, and testing for physical/physiological standards (germination, vigor) to meet certification requirements, ultimately preventing seed-borne diseases and improving crop yields.
Within this complex background, this summer school will facilitate and provide professional, skill based and job-oriented trainings, cum awareness programme to the scientists, teachers and students associated with horticulture, agriculture and allied sectors; regarding innovations in seed production and quality assurance.

The 21 Days Summer School is open for the scientists, teachers, growers, students, and marketing personals.
